Overview

A growth engineering project demonstrating programmatic SEO with 97 generated pages (38 books, 47 genres), pixel-perfect design system replication, and conversion-optimized campaign landing pages.

Challenge

Most content-heavy sites rely on manual page creation that doesn't scale. I wanted to build a system where one template generates unlimited pages with proper SEO, fast rendering, and conversion-ready structure.

Approach

Extracted a production design system: typography scales, spacing tokens, and color palette. Pixel-perfect replication of the target brand.

Built static generation with ISR (24-hour revalidation). Pages load instantly compared to client-side rendering. Proper semantic HTML and JSON-LD for search engines.

Created a template-driven architecture: one template generates unlimited pages. Swap the JSON data source for an API and it scales to thousands of pages.

Designed three campaign landing pages with conversion structure: hero, social proof, features, testimonials, FAQ, CTA.

Outcome

The project demonstrates execution precision (pixel-perfect design replication), growth thinking (programmatic SEO), and production readiness (just needs API integration). Full growth engineering skillset: strategy, velocity, and measurement.
